1. About our store
NYOGO Shop is operated by Nyogo Limited, a New Zealand company. We sell a curated range of sensory, creative, decorative, and lifestyle products through our online store.
Some products may be supplied or dispatched directly by third-party suppliers. NYOGO Shop remains responsible for its obligations to customers under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
2. Product information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, availability information, and applicable safety warnings. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or the nature of the product.
Please read all product descriptions, age recommendations, safety warnings, and care instructions before purchasing or using a product. Products must be used only for their intended purpose.
3. Orders and availability
Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable, a material listing error is discovered, or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate alternative or refund in accordance with applicable law.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other compulsory charges will be disclosed before you confirm your purchase.
Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. We do not store complete payment card details on our own systems.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery destinations, charges, and estimated timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Some items may be dispatched separately or directly from a supplier.
If an order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or cannot be delivered, please contact us so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law.
6. Returns and consumer guarantees
We do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want a product. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further information.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
7. Product safety
Customers must follow all applicable product warnings, age recommendations, and care instructions. Sensory and decorative products are not food and must not be ingested unless expressly identified as edible.
If you believe a product is unsafe or defective, stop using it and contact us. Product warnings do not remove our legal obligations concerning product safety or consumer guarantees.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the NYOGO name, branding, original artwork, website content, and other original creative materials are owned by Nyogo Limited or used with permission. Third-party product names, trademarks, and images remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our original content without permission, except as permitted by law.
9. Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, maintain, or change the website from time to time.
Any changes to these terms will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired under an existing purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
